WhaOne is a multi-tenant SaaS platform. A business creates a workspace, invites its team, and connects the WhatsApp Business Account and phone number that the business owns in Meta. WhaOne is the technology provider. It is not Meta, not WhatsApp, and not the owner of customer WhatsApp accounts.
How we describe the product
This public website describes capabilities that exist in the current codebase: a Super Inbox, contacts, team assignment, templates, campaigns, workspace automations, analytics, and tenant-scoped security controls. It does not invent customer counts, testimonials, office addresses, or certifications.

WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. WhaOne is an independent software platform. Using WhaOne does not make a business an official partner of Meta unless Meta grants that status separately.
